The structure is equipped with all the necessary comforts to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The garden inside makes the structure unique, in which you can barbeque with friends, or even relax in the shade to read a good book.
The location of the house is ideal for those looking for tranquillity and do not want to give up the comfort of being close to the sea. In fact, the property is located just 5-10 minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches in the area and a few minutes walk from the main services such as supermarkets, restaurants and shops. 100 m from the bus stop. 5 km from Otranto, 3 km from Porto Badisco, 11 km from Baia dei Turchi, 20 km from Torre dell'Orso, 37 km from Lecce, 76 km airport.
