1. Check-out time is maximum 10:00 a.m. 2. Luggage deposit until 20:00 is possible. Please inform in advance and coordinate with the receptionist on duty. 3. Keycards and bathroom key must be returned to the receptionist during check-out. For an early check-out, a special box is found at the reception area where you can drop the keys. 4. We have a daily cleaning service until 12:30, if cleaning service is not needed, please hang the tag with “do not disturb” message at the door. External bathrooms are cleaned every day. 5. Towels and linens are changed every after 2 nights. 6. Bathrobes are available with an extra cost of 5 euros each, please ask the receptionist on duty. 7. We provide one keycard for each Room. Upon request, we can provide an additional keycard. 8. For every lost keycard, there is a charge of thirty euros. 9. Breakfast is served in our breakfast sala on the upper level or at the terrace. 10. Breakfast in bed/room is possible with an extra service fee of 2 euros per person. 11. The hotel reserves the right to evict from the hotel, any guest that is found to be assisting nonregistered guests in accessing The Vista Rooms and Terrace. 12. Outside food, beverages and coolers (with the exception of sealed plastic water bottles and toddler foods) are not permitted. 13. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted inside the rooms but it is allowed only on the rooftop.
