Rent apartment in Villa for short periods, 50 meters from the sea located in the Isola district, near the beaches of Punta del Pero and Punta Castelluccio, 5 minutes by car from Plemmirio (protected marine area), and from the beaches of Arenella and Fanusa . The area is equipped with restaurants, pizzerias, drugstores and markets within walking distance. The house consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, laundry room, raised swimming pool, equipped verandas, barbecue. The house is located a few meters from the bus stop (n ° 23) which leads to the historic center of Syracuse and Ortigia.
Kind, helpful, reliable and professional person. Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Quiet and peaceful environment to enjoy the sea in total relaxation. The area is equipped with all services. You can walk to the beaches, restaurants, pizzerias and mini markets. A 5-minute drive away you can reach other seaside sites and the historic center of Ortigia.
