My name is Karen, i run this place with my boyfriend Alberto. He works with wood and i'm a graphic designer. We also have a one year's old kid. We decided to stay in Carnia and live in these mountains because we love nature and our old (and new) traditions.

Property information

Casa Pesarina is a quite place, it doesn't have everything you could find elsewhere. But here in Pesariis and Val Pesarina you can relax, enjoy a good walk, find nice people for a glass of wine. There are tracks, forest, spetacular spots. If you simply want to stay by yourself and rest, our rooms are confortable and have a special intimacy.

Neighbourhood information

Pesariis and VAl Pesarina had a good resitance in mantaining old architecture and traditions. Our homes have big walls and small windows for winter cold, they are made of stones of our river same as our streets. Food remeber times where you had to invent with what you had: cheese, potatoes, vegetables of our gardens. You can find all this now in restaurants and "osterie".
