The heart of the main house is the impressive sala with its high ceilings, where life revolves around an antique wooden table. This welcoming room with its fireplace combines cooking, dining, and gathering in true Mediterranean tradition. The fully equipped, integrated kitchen invites you to cook together. The four bedrooms are connected in pairs - two on the upper and two on the lower level - ideal for families with older children. A white-tiled bathroom complements the living area. Another highlight is the beautiful terrace with its cozy veranda, where you can watch the morning light appearing over the sea horizon 7 kilometers away. The Mediterranean garden with its orange tree and vine leaves invites you to linger. The location is perfect for those who want to experience authentic Italian village life. The lively town of Dolcedo is a 14-minute walk away - an evening stroll to one of the traditional restaurants becomes a special experience. The beaches of Imperia are a 15-minute drive away, and the surrounding area offers both natural swimming spots in the river as well as traditional olive oil producers and weekly markets. Casa Renata provides the ideal setting for slowing down and experiencing genuine Italian lifestyle. Please note that the house is located in a historical mountain village with winding, cobblestone alleys. Due to its hillside location and stairs, it is not suitable for families with small children or people with limited mobility. Parking spaces are available but require some maneuvering skills.

Welcome to Casa Renata! Our house has a special history: My parents were among the German pioneers who recognized the potential of Ligurian mountain villages in the early years. With great attention to detail and respect for the traditional architecture, they renovated the house by themselves. This unique charm of the original structure has been preserved to this day.
