Hello, we are PMC, holiday home managers in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! To ​​access the house you can do a SELF CHECK-IN starting from 3 pm. You will be sent by phone all the instructions on how to get to the accommodation and the unlock code to access the keys. You will therefore be able to independently manage your arrival and not have to worry about the time and any delays or changes of program. Before arrival we will only ask you to follow the instructions of our representative regarding the mandatory Guest Registration procedure, therefore the communication of the necessary data/documents and the Visual Recognition phase, also mandatory from the year 2025. You will be sent instructions for everything by phone, we thank you in advance for your cooperation. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax: from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Children up to the age of 12 are exempt. It will be collected in cash upon check-out. 2) Additional people to those declared; we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. HOW TO REACH THE HOUSE: By car, exit at the Sestri Levante motorway toll booth. Once you exit at the toll booth, proceed towards the Church of San Bernardo for about 2 km. Once you arrive there, you can park and reach the house in a few minutes on foot. ATTENTION: the house is not recommended for those traveling by public transport. The accommodation is located on the second floor of the building which can be reached via a flight of stairs.

Modern and welcoming semi-detached house located in the hamlet of San Bernardo, 7 minutes by car from the sea and the beaches of Sestri Levante, ideal for a relaxing holiday surrounded by the nature of the first hills of the Ligurian town, from which you can enjoy an enviable view of the sea and the Gulf of Tigullio. WI-FI and air conditioning available. Of large size, the accommodation is suitable for hosting up to 6 people and is characterized by refined furnishings that make the atmosphere pleasant and relaxing. In the living room, you will find a sofa, television and a desk to use as a work space if necessary. Next to it, separated from the living room, is the kitchen, modern and equipped with everything you may need to prepare and consume meals during your stay. A French window that provides access to the balcony that surrounds the house on three sides and at the widest point is equipped with a table and chairs, for your lunches or dinners outside. There are three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with another double bed and a third equipped with two single beds. All have wardrobes and the second and third have further access to the balcony. Finally there is a bathroom complete with toilet and shower and a washing machine that can be used during the stay. Bedroom and bathroom linen is rented from a company for each stay and is included in the price. There is free Wi-Fi. There is air conditioning in the living room, in the master bedroom and in the second double bedroom. The last split is located in the corridor so as to refresh both the kitchen and the last bedroom. Heating for the winter months is autonomous with hot air split. There is no private parking but you will easily find parking in the forecourt of the Church of San Bernardo. Here you will also find public waste bins. Animals are not allowed.

The hamlet of San Bernardo, about 3 kilometers from the center of Sestri Levante, is a small oasis of peace and tranquility surrounded by the vegetation and olive groves of the Ligurian hills. Thanks to its raised position it allows you to enjoy a wonderful view of nature and the coast, excellent exposure to the sun and a cool climate on summer evenings. A favorite destination for sportsmen and trekking lovers, it is in fact surrounded by paths that can be explored on foot or by mountain bike, such as the one that leads to Monte Costello and the highest Monte Capenardo, whose summit offers splendid views of the Ligurian Sea, of the town of Sestri Levante and the Portofino promontory. Moving to the center of Sestri you will have access to all services: shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists and obviously to the beaches, free or equipped. In addition to being able to visit the city of Sestri Levante, moving around the area you will be able to reach the most beautiful places in the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino, with short journeys, while proceeding in the opposite direction you will reach pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach in Lerici, Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. Travel can be done by car or train, reaching the Sestri Levante railway station. There is also the possibility of taking bookable boat tours, which connect the cities by sea to fully enjoy the splendor of the area from the perspective of the sea.
