Casa Sillani is located on the second floor of an historic building in the city, once owned by the noble Sillani family from Spoleto. The apartment is spread over two levels (second and third floors) connected by an elegant spiral staircase made of wood and wrought iron. At the entrance, there is a welcoming and spacious kitchen equipped with a kitchenette, refrigerator, and washing machine. Going up to the upper floor, you'll find a comfortable bathroom with a shower, as well as a large bedroom with a wardrobe and a cozy corner for reading and relaxing. Here you'll find books to read and why not, take part in some book crossing by leaving one of your own!

We are Carlo, the more adventurous one, and Paola, the one who prefers comfort when traveling. Together, we decided to blend our different travel styles and offer our warm hospitality, our helpfulness, and our smiles at the charming Casa Sillani in the historic center. There, you'll find little pieces of us that will make your stay unique. Paola will make sure you have breakfast items, information about the city, and books. Carlo can be found in every painting in the rooms, in the soft lighting, the welcome gifts, and the flowers.

All just a few steps from your doorstep. The location is peaceful and quiet, thanks to the limited traffic zone (ZTL). For those who love hiking and outdoor activities, we recommend heading to the beautiful Monteluco or exploring the Valnerina valley.
