Casa Simonetta was completely renovated in 2022 and furnished with care in 2024. It is spread over a ground floor and a first floor overlooking Via Diaz and the internal courtyard. Ground floor the living area with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, round table for four people. Kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, and all the crockery necessary for a pleasant stay. Ground floor, bathroom with sink and toilet (no shower and bidet). First floor, two bedrooms and bathroom. One large double room, with a standard double bed, wardrobe, lovely balcony overlooking Via Diaz. Second smaller bedroom, French bed, charming balcony overlooking internal courtyard. Second bathroom complete, sink, WC, shower and bidet. Both bathrooms independent entrances and have windows. AC and free Wi-Fi. Please consider that Booking does not allow the host to respond to messages that guest sends when requesting a reservation. Lively and central neighborhood just a short walk from the train station and bus stops direct to the port, airport and the most beautiful beaches of northern Sardinia. The airport and port can be reached by car in less than ten minutes. Nearby you can find restaurants, bars, places to have tasty aperitifs, or a walk along the seafront, all by walking and. For supermarkets you can choose those along Via Vittorio Veneto or use the small shops in nearby Via Brigata Sassari. There are several paid car parks 1 euro/h (San Simplicio, Station).
