This three-room apartment for 6 persons, with its own entrance, is located on the first floor of an authentic Elban farmhouse. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed, two cosy bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a modern bathroom with shower cubicle. For your convenience, at the top of the stairs leading to the flat you will find a second small bathroom (with washbasin and toilet), while on the ground floor there is a practical brick barbecue, ideal for your evenings outdoors overlooking the gulf IMPORTANT: The property does not provide sheets and towels, which can be booked with a supplement after the reservation.

We present a truly unique flat, nestled in a quiet and panoramic area, a stone's throw from the beautiful beaches of Lacona and Margidore. What makes it special, apart from its spacious interior, is its wonderful furnished terrace from which you will enjoy a simply unique sea view over the Gulf of Lacona!
