Our lovely apartment is only 14 mins walk from the beautiful beach of Mondello. It is located on the first floor of a building without lift. It includes a well equipped kitchen with a fridge and a freezer, an electric stove, a good quality coffee machine and a microwave; a bathroom with shower; a living room with sofa bed, dining area, a cozy mezzanine with a double bed with a small desk, and a balcony. The stunning, private rooftop terrace includes a large solarium and dining area with a view of Monte Pellegrino. The area where the apartment is located is residential but lively, with bars, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Free parking on street is easy to find.

In the area, you will find everything you need within walking distance. For example, a small supermarket (Conad) to buy groceries or toiletries. An Enoteca (wine bar) is just a few steps away to sample great Sicilian wines and Testa Verde, for great traditional food to eat in or take away. And, of course, Mondello beach only 15 minutes walk away. The surrounding area offers a great choice of restaurants and bars, and we will be happy to share tips and recommendations.
