My property is located only 6 km from San Vito Lo Capo, near the nature reserve of Monte Cofano. The house consists of a large veranda with a porch, deck chairs, car parking and a barbecue to prepare delicious grilled fresh local fish. The house is air conditioned, hairdryer, TV LED, bathroom with shower, each room has a window with mosquito net, curtains and dark. Eat-in kitchen, oven, freezer, dishes.
My name is Agata, I was born in Palermo, I'm married, I have two children of 27 and 24 years. My job allows me to stay in contact with people, have a cheerful and sociable person. I love the sea, the warm sun, nature and tranquility.
Less than 1 km from the house is located Castelluzzo equipped with all basic services, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, markets, bakeries, butcher shops, fish shop, pharmacy etc. Nearby there are the beautiful nature reserves "Lo Zingaro" and "Monte Cofano." Ideal starting point for unforgettable trips to Segesta, Mozia, Erice, Trapani Saline, Egadi Islands, Palermo and Monreale. Strategic position to reach the most famous tourist attractions of the province of Trapani. San Vito Lo Capo is the ideal place to spend your holiday sun, sea, peace and good food. Location ideal for families and couples who like to enjoy the tranquility and the wonder of its beaches. The warm climate, the fine white sand of coral origin and crystalline sea, the sky with a thousand shades of blue while the country boasts the magic that only a place like this you can give.
