The house was renovated in 2023, has nr. 2 large bright apartments, exposed to the sun, with a panoramic terrace, where you can have lunch and dinner, overlooking Alba and the beautiful Langhe cultivated with vineyards and hazelnut groves. It is located on the hills of Diano d'Alba, overlooking the city of Alba, a few minutes from the historic center, just 5 minutes from Alba, city of white truffles, good wine and taste. The sunny position and the panoramic view are ideal for a pleasant stay, even extended with the traditions and customs of Piedmont and the Langhe. The property is located in the peace and tranquility of the green hills of Diano d'Alba, cultivated in Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Arneis and hazelnut vineyards. It has a garden with outdoor area, barbecue, for relaxation in nature.

Hi Raffaella and Giuseppe, they love sport, trekking enthusiasts, e-bikes in the hills and mountains, they are waiting for you to discover the beautiful places of the LANGHE, food and wine.

Diano d'Alba, is a small village in the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a few minutes from Alba, with a beautiful viewpoint at 500 meters above sea level, where you can observe the beautiful mountain range of the Alps of about 300 km (Monviso, Cervino, the Monte Rosa Massif), the hills of Barolo with its castles, the cultivation of Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Arneis, Alta Langa, Favorita vines, up to the Barbaresco tower with its vines. The area is rich in natural landscapes. The Roman underground city of Alba and Pollenzo, the cellars of Mirafiori, the castles of Barolo, Grinzane Cavour, Serralunga d'Alba, Guarene, Castiglione Falletto.
