It has recently been renovated, on two floors connected by a comfortable spiral staircase, carefully furnished and equipped with all comforts. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher and washing machine. In addition, the bedroom (double room) is equipped with air conditioning. It offers a completely relaxing holiday in a natural and peaceful environment.

The house that we offer you is located in Pedaso, a small and quiet village in the Marche region which stands at the mouth of the Aso river. The river gives its name to the valley (VALDASO) rich in delicious fruit such as the famous peaches and which connects the sea to the mountains crossing the marvelous Marche countryside, so sweet and quiet, with its perfectly worked hills on which villages rich in treasures stand of art and natural beauty that are counted among the most beautiful villages in Italy such as Moresco, with its square and seven-sided crenellated tower, Montefiore dell'Aso with its Belvedere, a suggestive panoramic terrace.
