An elegant Mediterranean-style property located 100 meters from the renowned beach of Lido Fiori, Villa Valeria combines the comfort of a modern villa with the warm Mediterranean atmosphere through the windows that open to the garden surrounding the house.
The villa is spread over 2 floors: bright, with vintage references and colors reminiscent of nature, it encloses everything you need for your exclusive vacation in Sicily.
Crossing the garden you reach the entrance patio, equipped to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the place. Entering the house there is a large living room with an open-plan kitchen and a sitting room with a sofa and dining table. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms: a double with a bathroom equipped with a shower suitable for use by the disabled, and a twin with a bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi. The ground floor is also ideal for people with reduced mobility. A staircase adorned with Sicilian ceramics leads to the upper floor where we find a terrace (100 m2) equipped with umbrellas, armchairs and with a beautiful sea view.
The attached apartment consists of a living area, modern kitchen with peninsula, large bathroom with shower and a bright double bedroom.
