Spacious 110 and 90 square meter apartments in a villa equipped with every comfort, just 100 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the local market. The apartments comes with exclusive internal parking, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a television. Laundry area is outside and in common use for free. Please communicate in advance if pets are staying. Located in the beautiful setting of the Noto seaside, the house is only 6 km from Noto, a famous Baroque capital and UNESCO World Heritage site, less than 1 km from the beginning of the Vendicari Nature Reserve, and only 3 km from the highway junction. The villa is very close to the Jonio hotel, where we recommend you stop for lunch or dinner to taste the local delicacies! Please communicate in advance the presence of pets. Please note that each couple of guests will be accommodated in a double bed. Additional linen or requests for separate beds are subject to availability and additional costs may be required. We will offer an initial small supply of useful products during the stay, but please note that the purchase of necessities is the guest's responsibility. You can contact me for any additional information, I will be happy to help you!
