I was born on the island of Ischia and raised in Sydney, Australia. In 2017, I realised my long-held dream of living in Ischia and to create a stunning retreat on the family property. I am an avid gardener and designer. My aim was to create something beautiful that respected the territory and did justice to the exquisite location of the property.
Property information
The brand new apartments of Casa Via Costa were developed with a view of creating an authentic, tranquil and luxurious experience for guests. Guests are welcomed to an expansive estate with stunning views of the beach of Citara and the Epomeo mountain. The spacious 1 bedroom apartments are each adorned with high-end kitchens and private balcony/patio areas. The properties are surrounded by lush mediterranean gardens for visitors to enjoy. We have an extensive vegetable garden with fresh, organic produce, beehives and chickens on the estate.
Neighbourhood information
The property sits on the promontory of Punta Imperatore (Emperor's Point). As the grandiose name suggests, the apartments are perched high on the promontory with stunning views of the bays below and the impressive Epomeo mountain. The property does not have a pool but the property is conveniently located close to some of the best attractions on the island including the thermal springs of Poseidon Gardens, the beach of Citara, the the natural hot springs of Sorgeto, the charming town of Panza and the stunning lighthouse. It is a short drive to these locations. Alternatively, a 30 min walk to the beach and the hot springs, a 20 min walk to the town centre of Panza, 10 min walk to the supermarket and a 5-10 min walk to the lighthouse and some excellent and highly recommended restaurants nearby.
