Enjoy a wonderful vacation on Lake Como from this lovely villa that offers an enchanting view of the lake and a private garden to unwind. The single, modern villa with three bedrooms can host up to 6 guests. It is divided into two floors on the inside, while on the outside, there is a lake-view garden with plenty of sitting areas and a lake-view terrace with an al-fresco set up. ​- ​If necessary, gas for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of the climate, Euro 1.00/mc must be paid on the spot. - A Refundable Security Deposit of Euro 200 must be paid in cash upon arrival at check-in. - Damage deposit: Euro 400 will be charged for the groups under 21. - Tax Town to be paid on the spot: EUR 2.00 per person, per day - until 7 days. Guests up to 8 years old are exempt.
