We are in a wonderful position with 360 degree panoramic views of the Le Marche rolling hills, easy and quick access to the main routes to all of Italy especially the new and fantastic Superstrada leading to the West for Rome and Tuscany etc. We are only 30 minutes from both the Adriatic coast and the Sibillini mountains . We have two beautiful en suite rooms, with a Luxury Apartment and a Double en-suite room with a brand new larger bed for 2017. We now have 2 Mountain Bikes available free for guests to use and an extensive library of books and DVD's. We welcome pets and have no restrictions for arrivals and departures. Guests are welcome to stay and use the pool and gazebo for as long as they wish. We have a new feature available to guests - a home restaurant providing a fixed menu on Friday and Saturday evenings , we are limited to 10 places so booking is required.

Our passion is to provide the best breakfasts in Le Marche that you will always remember for both content and quality. DO NOT worry about needing to sit in restaurants, we have a Pizza oven and a Barbecue and can provide everything you need to eat here .
