Company information

I am Marco, the manager and owner of the structure, I have lived in this district since birth and here, in the home of my paternal grandparents, I wanted to create a welcome point to introduce our hills between Macerata and Fermo. I also manage an organic farm that for about 30 hectares of cultivated fields and woods extends from one valley to another close to the structure.

Property information

We are organized with totally autonomous and independent accommodations, both as regards the internal spaces and the external environment. In the moments spent outdoors, it is possible to take advantage of a large panoramic terrace of 100 square meters with boundless views of the Marche hills, a veranda and a spacious garden with access to the countryside we cultivate. Both lodgings guarantee confidentiality, privacy and tranquillity. Possibility to book the entire farmhouse thus having 4 bedrooms and 2 separate and autonomous kitchen areas available.
