Nestled in the green hills of Monferrato, Cascina Rosa Bed and Breakfast is a very old setting of rural tradition dating back to '800, restored trying to mantain the original structure with respect of the regional architecture of the past. Guests will enjoy seeing hares, hedgehogs, squirrels and hearing cuckoos and nightingales all living in utter tranquillity in the lawns of the garden. Spectacular views on the hills that often include the Alps.

Welcoming the guests is the owner, Sabina, a person passionate about literature, music, arts, good food and good wine, who chose to make Cascina Rosa her home about 30 years ago for love of nature and about a decade ago decided to open this opportunity to the others as B&B guests.

The hills of Monferrato offer a kaleidoscope of visits in arts and historical places, old hilltop villages fortified with vineyards spilling down the hills and countryside below. The traditional food and wine of Monferrato goes back generations: all over the world recognized the excellences of the meat “fassone”, salumi, agnolotti, and of the wines which attract international attention ( Barbera, Ruchè, Grignolino, Moscato etc. ) Hundreds of festivals dedicated of these specialities take place in many villages, celebrating the harvest, the white truffle etc.
