Single villa in a quiet area at only a few kilometres from the beach of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio. The house with private garden is furnished with taste and is comfortable. On the ground floor, you have a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, TV, radio and a dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there is a double room with private terrace and two single bedrooms with the possibility to transform it in a double, one of which with private terrace. There is also a bathroom with bath. On the outside, the garden has a gazebo with seating area, barbecue and sunbeds to enjoy the open. Private parking is possible in front of the house. The price is inclusive of gas, water and electricity, final cleaning and internet. When necessary, there will be an extra fee for the use of heating.
