Property for exclusive use La Casina di Teo is a small converted barn, 75 sq. m. and completely independent, holding up to 4 persons with a double bedroom, a double sofa bed and two bathrooms. The house boasts a spacious 300 sq. m. garden, completely fenced, where you will find the private swimming pool (open from 01/6 to 27/9) which measures 4.5 x 7 metres with a depth from 0.9 to 2 metres. Guests can also use a shaded area with tables, chairs and a stonework barbecue for outdoor meals. The interior is all on one floor, with just 2 long stairs creating a division between the dining and living areas. The entrance leads to the living room with large double sofa bed, large fireplace, dining area with satellite TV and a cooking area, fully equipped and illuminated by a skylight in the ceiling. Rounding up the house are a double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower.

The property is perfect for alternating relax with trips to the typical Tuscan towns of San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence and Siena, all easy to reach thanks to the motorway, just a few kilometres away. We suggest visiting and tasting the products of the surrounding farms and wine cellars, as well as going horse riding and hiking trips. 3 km Castellina Scalo (all kinds of shops), 5 km Monteriggioni, 7 km Colle Val D’Elsa, 21 km San Gimignano, 16 km Siena, 35 km Volterra, 52 km Florence.
