Property information

In a 1930s building, completely renovated with luxury finishes, there is Maen’s apartment close to the Marmore river and to the public Ski-Bus stop. Apartment “Petit Rouge” (CIN IT007071C2GH8GP5Q5): four beds plus a possible cot for children, with every kind of comfort and a breathtaking view of the Salette cable car.. Apartment “Petit Arvine” (CIN IT007071C2R97LIR5X): a two floors and four beds plus a possible cot for children, with every kind of comfort. Apartment “Prie Blanc” (CIN IT007071C2CEZMYPFT): six beds plus a possible cot for children, with every kind of comfort and a breathtaking view of Maen and a lovely balcony. "Fumin" chalet (CIN IT007071C2TLKVLMEG): exclusive holiday option in an alpine chalet. Maen is the perfect solution for your holiday both in winter and in summer. In summer, you can also use a private picnic area and stroll through the private wood. The apartments are only 1.5km from the Valtournenche-Cervinia cable car and overlook Lake Maen and is just a few steps from the splendid park that runs along the lake. The lake is an incredible fishing spot also.

Cervino valley is an iconic place in Italian Alps. We are in front of one of the most beautiful mountain on Earth Cervino (or as we like to call... La Gran Becca). Our position is strategical tho get the best benefit from a holiday in the area. Cerviniahouse is 4 mins (by car) far from Cime Bianche cable car that gives access to Cervino ski Paradise, 2 mins from center town, and in the best position to visit Chamois. In a bad wheater day you can get in 30 mins to visit Fenis Castle, Aosta, or go for a wine tasting in one of excelent wine farms of the valley. Saint Vincent Casino and SPAs are just 20 minutes far from us.
