Former barn, finely renovated and spread over two levels, totaling approximately 130 sqm, with a panoramic outdoor area and BBQ. The house is equipped with all comforts: two full bathrooms with hairdryers and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, etc. For guests' entertainment, a foosball table and a ping pong table are also available. Its strategic location makes it an ideal base for exploring the wonders of Tuscany, with Florence, Siena, Pisa, and Lucca easily accessible. The former barn also offers a convenient private parking space adjacent to the house. The spacious outdoor area, panoramic and carefully designed, is equipped with everything needed for relaxation and entertainment: a barbecue for enjoyable outdoor grilling, outdoor furniture including a table, chairs, and loungers, and an outdoor tub, perfect for unwinding on warm days and keeping children entertained in complete safety. An oasis of tranquility immersed in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside.
