A whole Villa, annex, grounds and swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Five Star Concierge service provided by a Tuscan born lady with many years of experience in the hospitality industry. The Villa itself is of typical 'Tuscan' construction, stone, terracotta, chestnut beams and brick. Tastefully decorated throughout with all modern conveniences.

Chiusarella is set into the side of a small hill with enormous gardens. It has its own exclusive private swimming pool with 'infinity views over Chianti and beyond. Within easy walking distance of the local village of San Gusmè where a drink can be had at one of the local bars or eat a meal at one of its restaurants. A short drive by car is the town of Castenuovo Berardenga where two supermarkets and a market every Thursday morning cater for every need. A ‘gelateria’ serves those in love with ice cream and several ‘trattoria’ and restaurants for traditional Tuscan cuisine or more modern takes on traditional Italian food.
With an excellent road network the cities of Siena and Florence with all their cultural diversions are accessible for a day out notwithstanding the attractions and history of the varied and many hilltop cities and towns in Tuscany and Umbria such as San Gimignano, Pienza, Cortona, Montalcino, Assisi, Arezzo and more.
Within the area surrounding Arceno there are many activities to be had from winery tours and tastings, cookery courses, golf, horse riding, cycling, historical excursions and much much more
