Property information

This farmhouse in the countryside features six comfortable flats and is located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, near Città di Pieve and Lake Trasimeno. The rustic atmosphere has been preserved in the restoration of the flats. The furnishings are rustic and cosy. The flat is on the ground floor with a terrace with a wonderful view. In front of the entrance to the flat there is a terrace. From here there is a beautiful view. On this same side of the house is the swimming pool. The pool is situated further down, so it is not visible from the terrace. The farm produces and sells excellent olive oil, wine, pasta and honey. There is a fantastic large pool with a view, surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is lit and can therefore also be used in the evening. Oaks and cypresses grow in the garden. This Etruscan region consists of a beautiful hilly landscape with excellent views and beautiful towns. In addition to enjoying the sauna and the swimming pool on the farm, you can make beautiful trips to Città della Pieve, Perugia, Chiusi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Arezzo and Siena. The sofa bed is suitable for two children under the age of ten.
