Property information

ENTIRELY RENOVATED BUILDING!! Very spacious apartment with private courtyard, well furnished, with bath / shower, near the station and the harbor where cruise ships leave. Very useful and perfect for both short and long stays, as well as going to the sea to enjoy all the comforts of a home. Pizzeria la Pierona bordering on excellent pizza, fried and beer! Perfect apartment also to visit Rome and surroundings!

Neighbourhood information

The area where the apartment is located is central and strategic! Walking along Via Isonzo, downhill, in 400 mt you arrive at the port, depart cruise ships! Apartment in the center of Civitavecchia, in a palace with high ceilings 4 mt, walking is only 800 mt from the station and 400 mt from the sea!j
