Located in a unique and strategic position, next to the staircase of the Basilica of Bonaria (100 meters away), ample free parking always free, public transport stop, is 3 km from the famous Poetto beach (considered the Copacabana of Sardinia) and less than 1 km from the historic center of the city and its typical restaurants where you can also eat fresh fish. The structure, which perfectly integrates an elegant style with elements typical of the imperial style, has 3 large double bedrooms, finely furnished in a modern style and equipped with every comfort, all with private bathroom and shower with light chromotherapy. Some rooms have a balcony and sea view (200 meters away), all have at their disposal: desk, courtesy set, linen, air conditioning, 42 "Smart LED TV with satellite system and Netflix in HD, minibar, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, free high speed Wi-Fi connection.
