Colle del Sole is located in the open countryside, on a hill where you can relax away from the chaos of the city.
In the property three independent apartments. A shared salt water swimming pool open seasonally from 1/06 to 15/09 awaits you to cool off on hot days. All apartments have a garden, private parking and outdoor furniture.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Access to the house via a one and a half kilometer unpaved road.
A means of transport is required for travel.
