Delightful apartment 200 m from the sea just renovated consisting of large living room with sofa bed and dining area, attic kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and 3 terraces overlooking the Apuan Mountains, one of which is large suitable for outdoor lunches and dinners. The condominium has a large private park to relax. Located in a residential area where you can find the most varied services from catering, to entertainment, to personal care and reach the main tourist destinations. NB: the condominium does not have a lift and the apartment is on the 2nd floor.

The apartment is located in a residential area within a beautiful private park surrounded by greenery. 200 meters from the sea, within walking distance of public beaches and private establishments. In the area we find the most varied catering services, bars, pastry shops, beauty centers, bank, post office, church, supermarkets and entertainment services. It is possible to walk to the Marina di Massa pier from which ferries depart every day to visit the 5 Terre, Portovenere, Lerici and other splendid areas. A short distance away is Versilia and then Pisa and Florence. For mountain lovers it is possible to take an excursion in the hinterland of Lunigiana where the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine National Park and the Apuan Alps Regional Park are included, within which there is the Equi Terme spa.
