The property is located just 400 meters from the La Spezia train station. The strategic location of the property makes it easy to reach the famous Cinque Terre and the fabulous villages of Portovenere, Lerici, Tellaro, San Terenzo and the island of Palmaria, Tino and nearby Versilia. Located within walking distance of the pedestrian area and the old town, full of shops, museums, bars and typical restaurants. It makes it easy to visit the Port of La Spezia and the city's historic seaside promenade, adorned with palm trees and floral arrangements, with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Poets. From its quay, boats, ferries or private cruises depart, giving the opportunity to visit even by sea the charming seaside villages and the picturesque coves. The whole apartment only at your disposal: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, Smart TV 43" with Netflix and YouTube, kettle, teapot, Moka coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, bed linens and towels are provided.
