Copper House is a villa for tourist use that embodies the perfect combination of elegance and comfort. On one level and with independent access, the villa offers two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a built-in kitchen with a copper hood overlooking a large peninsula and a triple living room equipped with every comfort. Sitting comfortably on the sofa and surrounded by soft cushions, it will be easy to relax and enjoy the warmth emanating from the fire of the large fireplace, the focal point of the living room. The sound of crackling wood creates a welcoming atmosphere, inviting moments of relaxation and conversation, transforming even winter holidays into memorable moments. The large terrace, which can be used throughout the year, houses a private gym and a spa area with whirlpool, for moments of pure well-being.

Copper house is located about 1.2 kilometers from the center of Lanciano, a city rich in history and culture, with many interesting places to visit such as the Lancianovecchia District, the historic heart of the city, with cobbled streets, alleys and ancient buildings, the Cathedral Basilica of the Madonna del Ponte, the Sanctuary of the Eucharistic Miracle that took place in the seventh century, the ancient Diocletian Bridge, the medieval Tower of San Giovanni and the historic Fedele Fenaroli Theater which hosts theatrical and musical performances. Copper House is also located in the heart of Abruzzo, between the picturesque Costa dei Trabocchi, an ideal place for a walk or bike ride along the sea or an unforgettable dinner on one of the trabocchi, and the majestic Maiella National Park with breathtaking views, hiking trails, caves and archaeological sites. Among the many places to visit, about 15 kilometers from Copper House, is the Basilica of San Giovanni in Venere, a fascinating and important historical monastic complex that offers a spectacular view of the Adriatic coast and, about 20 kilometers away, are the Fara San Martino Gorges carved over time by the Verde river, An ideal hiking route for nature lovers and trekking enthusiasts.
