In 40 m2 of space each, they comfortably accommodate 2 people with a double bedroom on the upper floor. Residential and quiet area, outside the center (15 minutes by car). Ideal for those who have to stay for work. Close to the Fair area and the motorway toll booth. The internal space is divided as follows: LIVING AREA. Living room complete with two-seater sofa and TV, kitchenette complete with induction hob (one plate), microwave oven, coffee machine and various kitchen utensils. AC split. Upper floor: BEDROOM.
