The apartment consists of a living area with a sofa bed, which is combined with a kitchen and dining area, a separate bedroom with a dressing room and a spacious bathroom.

A few steps from the house is an observation deck with impressive view of the lake. The main attraction of the city, Bracciano Castle is just a 2-minute walk, as well as other attractions within walking distance.
