The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Bright and comfortable two-room apartment located at Sa Rocca Tunda, a few steps from the beach. The house consists of an entrance hall, living room with TV and kitchen equipped with kitchenware and appliances such as fridge, freezer and moka. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with 1 double bed and a loft with 1 double and 1 single bed, for a total of 5 beds. There is a bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. A small outdoor area completes the property. Possibility of parking near the house.
Upon check-in you will be required to show a photo ID and credit card as guarante.
