Cozy apartment of 40 sqm just renovated, perfect for a couple or a single. It is located on the ground floor of a courtyard in rustic friulano style where you can leave your bikes. The courtyard is surrounded by several free parking spaces. Its strategic position, perfect for those who prefer to stay in a quiet but well-served area, allows you to quickly reach the stadium and the university on foot. The proximity of the ALPE ADRIA CYCLE PATH makes it particularly attractive for bike lovers. Sheets and towels, hair dryer, bathroom products and kitchen accesories are included. Free WIFI.
My name is Corrado and I am a travel fan. I find this short-term rental option to be a great solution for any type of traveller. I hope that those who come to my apartment can enjoy the city, the area and the services it offers. And I’m Olga! I am from Spain and I also love travelling. I love reading and I 'm a keen language learner. In the apartment you will find some of my books in various languages (Italian, Spanish, English, French). I invite you to read them if you like. Instead of watching Netflix in the evening ;-) I just ask you to put them where they were when you go away :-)
Quiet and well-served neighborhood very close to the university campus, the stadium, the ALPE ADRIA cycle path and the highway. The urban bus Line 2 takes you directly to the FS train station and downtown. The stadium and the university campus can be quickly reached on foot. It is surrounded by bakery, pub, tavern, restaurant, bike repair and sale store, tobacconist, pharmacy, ice cream shop, hairdresser, grocery store and it is located a few kilometers from Città Fiera shopping mall.
