"Dai Ventu" is built in a farmhouse whose first origins date back to the second half of the 19th century; the recovery of the building, which took three years to build, consisted in a contemporary reinterpretation of a rural typology rooted in the history of this territory: the farmhouse.
The project of the architect Alfredo Venturi, has achieved seismic adaptation and high energy efficiency all without demolishing anything, using traditional techniques and materials such as wood, clay and lime; an intervention aimed at recovering the flavor and atmosphere of an always contemporary countryside, in bio-architecture whose plasters are made with the soil of the field, the demolitions consisted of dismantling and recovery of all the materials for reuse in an artistic-decorative key .
It is a house where you can breathe a family atmosphere, where every detail has been studied with the utmost care and a lot of passion to ensure that guests can feel at home.
This is what makes a stay in Pesaro “Dai Ventu” so special.
周辺エリアの情報
In a hilly position, the house is located in the open countryside, in the center of a property of nine hectares of greenery, on the edge of the urban area, 5km from the center and 6 km from the sea and 3 km from the historic village of Novilara, a wonderful example of walled villages of our territory; places immediately accessible by car or on foot.
For bicycle lovers, especially for those who are trained, the ride towards Novilara is certainly a challenge to be grasped given the beauty of the route; there are several itineraries, a paradise for gravelers but also for road bikes and mountain bikes, where you can make significant differences in height (even with short segments of up to 18%) in an area of 4km radius. Instead, for those who prefer cycle tourism and / or long routes, there are many possibilities to cycle without traffic with the ridge roads that go towards Urbino and the whole interior in one of the world heritage areas; routes with all levels of difficulty from beginner to expert.
