The house is completely independent, equipped with a room with a double bed, and a single room with a bunk bed. Guests can find gas, hot water, air conditioning, a large kitchen, a comfortable bathroom, a small garden. The structure offers all comforts to guarantee a happy stay.
I will always be available for every need and problem, I live a few meters from the structure, I know our territory, and I will be happy to help in all ways my guests.
The property is only 8 km from the sea and beach of Specchiolla. The home is located 15 km from Ostuni, 20 km from Brindisi. The property is located a few meters from the City center of San Vito dei Normanni, offers the opportunity to reach in a few minutes many restaurants and taverns typical Apulian cuisine. A children’s playground is only a few metres away.
