The dépendance enjoys a peaceful and panoramic location on a hillside surrounded by greenery and overlooking the sea. A quiet and private setting, ideal for those seeking peace, nature, and beauty just minutes from the town center, the beaches, and the train station—all reachable in about 5 minutes by car. They can also be reached by public transport: just a few steps from the house there is a bus stop that conveniently connects to the center and the station. For more flexibility in getting around, we recommend using a car. In less than 10 minutes by car you can reach pretty much everything: Seafront and Beaches – The nearest equipped beach is Bagni Pria Pulla, located about 2 km from the villa. That means you can get there in just 4 minutes by car or enjoy a scenic 30-minute walk. – Fabrizio De André Promenade: a long and panoramic walk connecting Arenzano to Cogoleto. Perfect for walking or cycling. – Beach resorts and stretches of free beach with clear water, well-equipped for families. Villa Negrotto Cambiaso Public Park – A beautiful park with centuries-old trees, exotic plants, free-roaming peacocks, and large green spaces. – Inside stands Villa Negrotto Cambiaso, home to the Town Hall and often used for cultural events. Sanctuary of the Infant Jesus of Prague – A famous Neo-Gothic sanctuary on the hillside, run by the Carmelites. It offers a panoramic view of Arenzano and is a destination for pilgrims. Pineta di Arenzano A large residential area immersed in nature, with walking paths, sea views, and access to hiking trails. It is home to the Poggio Marino complex and several sports facilities, including the Arenzano Golf Club.
