The Dimora dell'Erbe is an historic residence overlooking the Montepulciano course. On request there is the option to reserve the entire Appartamento dell’Erbe placed on the top floor of the residence. The apartment has two independent double bedrooms with private bathroom (Nepitella and Timo), a large and bright kitchen with living area and finally exclusive access to the beautiful terraces dominating the roofs of Montepulciano. In the living room you can use the sofa bed for two more places. Nepitella - This delightful room, is finely furnished with Tuscan furniture from the late nineteenth century. The room is equipped with a romantic terrace that offers guests the opportunity to enjoy an intimate and harvest outdoor space in front of the sixteenth-century Logge del Grano. Precious terracotta floors and exposed beams make this location the perfect place for an unforgettable stay. Private bathroom with comfortable shower. Timo - This large room offers an evocative look on the roofs of Montepulciano and also reveals the bell tower of the Duomo in Piazza Grande and the Palazzo Comunale. The furnishings are typical Tuscan style to recreate an atmosphere out of time
We are two friends, Mascia and Francesca, with passion for Tuscany, good food and art. We have restored with great joy and care this historic home in the center of Montepulciano to share it with travelers all over the world. We have always enjoyed hosting our friends and that's why we started this adventure. We hope our guests appreciate our simplicity and authenticity, we will try to make their stay as cozy and familiar as possible.
The Dimora dell'Erbe is located in the heart of the splendid Renaissance town of Montepulciano. Located in the middle of the main course is the perfect choice for those who want to discover the splendid Renaissance architecture of the Nobiliari Palaces, Piazza Grande with the magnificent Cathedral, the Palazzo Comunale and visit one of the historic cellars. Montepulciano is also the ideal starting point for visits and excursions to the nearby towns of Pienza, Montalcino, Siena, Arezzo and Perugia and to discover delicious places like Monticchiello and its poor theater , or Bagno Vignoni, the only village in the world with its central square occupied by an ancient spa bath.
