Antica Dimora dell'ottocento, sita nel cuore della Grecia Salentina. Interamente costruita in pietra leccese. Trasmette relax e tutta l'ospitalità tipica del Salento. Si trova nel centro storico di Martano ma è possibile parcheggiare sulla via di accesso alla dimora. E' vicina a Otranto, al Concertone della Taranta ed a Lecce. Non molto distante in versante ionico. Di fronte all'alloggio vi è la Chiesetta di Santa Lucia, a pochi metri il Menhir del Teofilo ed a circa un km la Specchia Dei Mori
