Grazioso appartamento di 40 mq con entrata indipendente. Ideale per una coppia. Dispone di cucina, saletta, una camera matrimoniale, un bagno, lavatrice, due televisori. Vista dal balcone sul giardino della proprietà. Ci troviamo nel Parco naturale regionale della Lessinia. Posizione comoda per raggiungere i sentieri del Parco. Possibilità di effettuare escursioni a piedi, in bicicletta o a cavallo. Ci troviamo a 40 minuti dal centro storico di Verona e a 45 minuti dal Lago di Garda.
