Dimore LE GRASTE is located near the coastal area of ​​the characteristic village of Marzamemi. The structure consists of two newly built independent villas with a shared swimming pool with sea view. Each structure consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a personal veranda. The two totally new villas are surrounded by nature, guaranteeing you total relaxation and privacy, and are equipped with every comfort and are equipped for any need, of which nothing is really missing. (washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer in both bathrooms, TV and WiFi in all areas of both villas) Both lodgings are designed for the well-being of its guests: gardens, verandas, air-conditioned rooms. During your stay at Dimore LE GRASTE you will be able to relax by the pool, take walks in the gardens, and rest in the shade of the olive trees.
The villas are strategically located in the immediate vicinity of the renowned towns of Marzamemi and Pachino, as well as a very few kilometers from the marvelous beaches that characterize the place (San Lorenzo, Calamosche, Riserva naturale di Vendicari, etc.), furthermore just a few minutes away are the various supermarkets.
