Independent holiday house, rebuilt from scratch, with a private garden and one big driveway parking space on the property. Sea view from the balcony on one side. Mountains on the other. Available for renters: 3 bedrooms with independent AC units. Every bedroom is a double. Two with queen beds, one with two singles. Renters will be provided with bedsheets, towels and basic bathroom toiletries. Two bathrooms, a service one and one that includes a shower. Renters can benefit from the fully equipped kitchen and tv equipped living room, free portable router wifi that you can bring with you on the go. Double patio with amenities to enjoy some private relax in the garden and outdoor shower with hot water. Staff available in the closest proximity for every request. The house is 100mt. from the beach, 25minutes from Cagliari-Elmas Airport and 15 minutes from the city of Cagliari. Transport from and to the airport can be arranged. Pets not welcome.
Hi! My name's Marco and we'll meet during your check-in at Domek. I really care about this holiday house since I was personally involved in the renovation and can't wait to show you the property and everything you might need during your stay so you'll be able to enjoy your vacation carefree.
Torre degli Ulivi is a private residential area on the sea, really quiet and safe. The sea is 100 mt from the poperty, within a 5 min walk you can reach a supermarket, a gym and a restaurant/pizzeria with a stunning sea view. We highly recommend our house to guests who are renting a car for their vacation as public transport in the area may not always be a comfortable solution.
