Nice apartment away from traffic, ten minutes walk from La Spezia Centrale station, starting point for the Cinque Terre. The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a kitchenette with living room and direct access to the private garden. A large bedroom and bathroom.

Quiet area away from traffic, served by buses that reach the city center in 3 minutes. Apartment well served by supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the surrounding area.
