My apt is located in the heart of Genoa at only 30 meters from Porta Soprana Towers, the old door of the city and 60 metres from Columbus' House. I offer my PRIVATE PARKING included in the price! ....gold in downtown!! Once parked you can visit all the town on foot! The apartment was built in XVI century, the entrance of the building you can see the original red brick, typical of the old buildings. The interiors have been just renovated with valuable elements. To be highlighted that the apt is at 4th floor with LIFT (a rarity in the area). Palazzo Ducale 1 minute, San Lorenzo Cathedral 2 minutes, Via Garibaldi (UNESCO Worls Heritage Site) 8 minutes, the Old Port 6 minutes, the Old MArket 5 minutes by walk!
