Elegant apartment of about 200 square meters inside a quiet residential complex surrounded by greenery and flowers that have always characterized the city of Sanremo. Ideal for families, young couples or groups of friends who want to enjoy the sea and the favorable climate of Liguria. The apartment will be available from July 2020. The apartment has a large living room, a kitchen with all appliances, three bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, a service bathroom, a laundry room. A large terrace overlooking the sea allows you to have lunch, dinner and relax in company. Two private parking spaces within the complex are available for free. The apartment is located 3 minutes on foot from the first bathing establishments, 1.5 km from the Sanremo Casino and about 2 km from the city center.
