Property information

Completely renovated, located on the third floor of a building without lift, composed of a living room with kitchenette with induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher and oven. It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a third extra bed (suitable for children only), a bathroom with a shower. Large sea view terrace equipped with table and chairs, two sun loungers. Air conditioning. Pets allowed, only small size, on request with supplement. Linen excluded.

The apartment is within the limited traffic area which can only be accessed on the day of arrival and departure. Located in the center of the town of Marina di Campo, a stone's throw from the beautiful sandy beach more than 1 km long. In this lively tourist resort you can find many shops, clubs and services such as bathing establishments, pharmacies, markets. Ideal place for families or those who want a holiday of complete relaxation without using the car.
