A few minutes from the splendid beaches of Torre Vado Pescoluse, we find a beautiful modern villa with several independent solutions available to guests. Inside the villa, there are 2 comfortable apartments on the ground floor, 1 attic on the second floor and 1 independent double bedroom. The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sqm garden with dry stone walls and succulent plants that make the enchanting outdoor space unique and from which you can admire a splendid view of the Gulf of the Maldives of Salento. The Villa is located less than 1 km from the first access to the sea and less than 3 km from the most beautiful sandy beaches of Salento. Garden of the villa, laundry and swimming pool shared with Apt B, Blue Room and Exclusive Loft Beach View Villa Torre Vado solutions. The owners also reside inside the villa, on the first floor. Kind and exquisite people. Please note that the pool will not be available out of season from 30 October to 9 June. Optional additional costs to be paid locally: - Bath / bed linen on request, EUR 16 per person per week; - Use of the swimming pool has a fixed cost of EUR 6 per person per day to be paid directly at the property if requested. You pay for the entire stay.
