Please note that use of extra bed will incur an additional charge of 15€ per night, unless you have made a reservation for five adults, in which case is free.
By the morning of your arrival day, you will have sent the property a photo of your national ID card (passport for non-European citizens) through booking or whatsapp or you will not be able to check in.
In the dining area you can use fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, tableware.
The door must be kept closed. Not past 11 at night nor between 11 and 12 in the morning.
Wash what you used before you check-out.
Only for staff: dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, oven, stove and balconies.
Heating stays on up to eighteen degrees and eleven hours a day from November 22nd to March 15th. At night it is off unless temperatures drop below 12 degrees inside the apartment.
Please note that air conditioning facility is only available from 1st June to 1st September.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 10:00:00.
